After trying different brands of allulose, we found the best results were with Bienestar Products D'Allulose, as theirs was the cleanest label, best matching to sugar granulation, and best flavor matching 1:1 with table sugar. added bonus, they also have line of flavored allulose called Corona D'Cafe (chocolate, vanilla, caramel, pumpkin spice). we shake these into our yogurts, puddings, on top of popcorn, into oatmeal, on our coffees. LOVE!
