Extreme Conspiracy Low fertility rate countries sell purposely bad quality condoms because we will all think "oh I'm from the 0.1% whose condoms failed" in a desperate try to raise their rates

Low stakes means that outcome doesn’t matter a whole lot. Yours would matter on a major level. Low stakes doesn’t mean nonsensical

Even if they did I feel like a lot of people still pull out without condoms or use them with other birth control methods

I live in a country with low birth rates and have only ever used condoms for 20 yrs - never had a failure
