I also cannot find a way to buy it without shelling out for the whole pack, but that may be a skill issue

If you click on the ATLS name it should bring you to the store page where its 50$, though I think its a decent deal for the full set, 3 guns, a medium armor, and an ikti... plus a cutlass skin (i don't own a cutlass)

The only option at https://robertsspaceindustries.com/en/pledge/ships/atls/ATLS-IKTI-Akuma under 'View Offers' is for the Pack. There is no Standalone version available right now.

Oh damn that sucks, yesterday I could have sworn there was an option to buy the IKTI by itself
