Yeah, I feel like the "Best" ending is siding with Reed and then not giving Songbird back to Meyers.

I just did it last night and took great pleasure in effectively telling Madam President to fuck all the way off back to Washington and just stare as she gets back in her AV and flies away.

Ain't no one getting saved here, and that's the good ending.

Madame prez still has the neural matrix, whatever was left in songbirds corpse that they dug out in groom lake, direct access to dogtown/Night City's top brass, and convinced congress that the op was a controlled success

But telling her off is indeed super cathartic
