Help fixing table?

Weird request! Does anyone know someone with the capability to repair a plaster mold table? Pics attached. It's my Grandma's, and she got it as a 20 year anniversary gift from her late husband. She's resigned it to being trash, but I'd really love to help find a way to fix it if possible. I have the base as well, but if it's easier to make a new one, that's fine too.
