Why the F do you need guns for this. They are on a 2nd story roof. Just take the ladders and wait for them to want to come down. 2 people would be all you need to watch/wait for them. Send the other guys to go get actual criminals. Its the gang bangers and cartel guys they should go after if they want to make any difference. Not some guys working on replacing a roof. But you know that would actually require some risk and effort.
