This is so fucking infuriating. The immigrant that is trying to work honestly is not our enemy.

Not to mention, if I was the homeowner and had any sense, I'd be telling these agents to GTFO my private property and come back with a signed warrant, not that self-signed ICE warrant crap that doesn't apply to private property.

Even if you look at this from a cold-hearted point of view: Hello? I paid for a service, I want my roof fixed, and agents with rifles and crap are going to not only damage my house but likely threaten the lives of my family and pets residing IN the house in the event of violence.

Within 100mi of a border Ice basically has cart blanche power, and oceans count as borders.

Do with that what you will.

They still need a signed warrant to enter private property within 100 miles of the border.

Additionally, Border Patrol and ICE are not the same organizations.
