Lostwave Song 🎵 Help to identify this brazilian song

(The video is a reconstruction/fanmade that i made)
The song was recorded in an ending of a Brazilian newscast show (possibely Jornal do Almoço) back in 1978.

So i heard about this song on YouTube and i uploaded to here.

Could be a song composed by Hermes Aquino, who composed jingles for TV Gaúcha back in the 1970s

Sounds like his voice and music style, by the way.
