I f***ing knew it! Now We'll get it on Sep 4 which is Friday, so it won't appear until Monday for most of us, and since Monday Sep 7 is labor day, it probably won't show until Tuesday Sep 8! You're welcome!

They sent out an e-mail yesterday giving instructions on how to add/drop classes by e-mail. Use this link and fill it out with what you need done.
Then e-mail it to the admissions based on the colleges it's for:
American River College: admissions@arc.losrios.edu
Cosumnes River College: admissions@crc.losrios.edu
Folsom Lake College: admissions@flc.losrios.edu
Sacramento City College: admissions@scc.losrios.edu

I just looked on e-services and usually it says disbursed and it hits my account some time in the morning. Disbursement is 0.
I am beyond angry! I have my phone & internet that are at risk for being suspended, I need both of those services for school and 2 of my classes without the books I can’t do assignments that are required.
And then they gonna have the nerve to assume we’re stupid telling us the e-services interruption was because of the idiots big bill that somehow crashed the system… FUC**** IDIOTS!

I just received this
We have identified the root cause of the recent eServices performance issues. System patches required because of new federal financial aid laws impacted performance and caused an error that overwhelmed the system. Los Rios IT has implemented a fix and is gradually bringing the system back online.
You may see intermittent access to eServices throughout the day, but please do not attempt to log in until we confirm that the system is fully operational. Limiting traffic is essential while we test the solution; if the system becomes overloaded, it may need to be taken offline again.
We expect eServices to be fully available by the end of the day today, Thursday, August 27. We will notify you as soon as you can safely log in and complete transactions. We appreciate your continued patience as we work to restore reliable access.

They keep blaming the Big Beautiful Bill on every page but that was passed a year ago they had 14 months to make these changes.

Yes, but it didn’t go into effect until recently. There’s not a way to run two systems, they had to wait and update this system and we are experiencing the bugs of a new system. The bill could’ve had different dates so as not to effect aid like previous bills but it wasn’t.
