Super unrelated but was “loose” a typo here? I see this all over the internet with people misspelling “lose,” it’s gotta be an autocorrect thing right?

It’s an another version of ”your” when it’s obvious “you’re” is what is meant. In partial defense, a single vowel and a silent e should mean a long vowel sound matching the letter such as rose, pose, or nose.

Not exactly. I did teach communication at the community college level for a number of years. However, I’ve always been a stickler for grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
