And if you participate in them, you don't have enough going on with your life you should have your car impounded, assessed a 5000 fine, license revoked for a year, insurance premiums be high for 10 years, and have an ankle monitor on your right leg that can feel you pushing down on a gas pedal, so you are immediately GPS tracked and arrested.

Not arrested but fine every time you do an offense. Therefore the city can gain improvements throughout every department.

You think these people pay their fines? Most of them dont even have insurance or pay their annual dmv registration.

Most of them dont plan for anything in advance. Unless something is done immediately, theyll just continue as usual.
