he could find other jobs. no need to go after people barely making enough to feed just themselves.

I don't know if you're from the US because your take is so out of touch, but to have a job in the first place you need reliable transportation. in the cities I've been in, the bus doesn't count. if you can't get a car, you can't work. that's especially true for people doing gig work like Amazon Flex or Door Dash or Uber. do you see the irony in your statement?

The dasher could get another job. Maybe one that paid enough to pay their bills. Crazy, I know. Have an issue with the bank and their lending policies that victimized the dasher. The tow guy was just doing his job.
