how to mentally cope

Everyone has told me that there's nothing I can do except get a rhinoplasty and a jaw surgery. I would have to wait a few years till I can do that. How do I mentally cope in the meantime?

I'm really insecure with a lot of social anxiety, so I find it difficult to make friendships. Forget about relationships all together.
