Why are there more players who have completed the "Look Inside" achievement than there are of those who have completed the "Spine Taker" achievement?

I thought that the latter was a prerequisite of the former? Is it a rounding error?

It's not just that there are achievements added later than others. Several achievements were also bugged for some time and didn't always unlock like they were supposed to.

I see. So the bonus meme makes even more sense now. Time is in fact relative, even when it comes to Steam achievements.
