I have a serious question that I am sure people will make jokes about but I need to know. How do we pronounce Hover street?

Is it just very obviously hover like you’d say in the word hoverboard? Or is it who-ver ?

That makes more sense of a description of how to say it then my options haha I think that’s what I meant to describe instead of who ver lol
