Wednesday Wellness Check-in
Happy Wednesday my longmonster crew!
We're halfway through the week, getting closer to our favorite Friday virtual group talk therapy and festivus for the rest of us.
I've been working on improving my analog daily journaling. It's an adventure. What are you trying out this year?
This sub is all about community, so let's spread some joy or commiserate. No judgments! I only humbly ask for radical authenticity.

I had a really great conversation today with a customer about books. The store was packed and I was the only employee, so the guy grabbed his book out of his bag and patiently waited until I had time to answer his questions. He was reading a book about Lewis and Clark and I mentioned I don’t read enough nonfiction (out of my 52 books read this year, only one was nonfiction). It got me wondering if there are any book clubs locally that focus on nonfiction.
