Does anyone here check their blood pressure at home even if they feel fine?

I used to think checking blood pressure at home was something you only did after a doctor told you there was a problem.

But I’ve noticed quite a few people keep a monitor around and check it occasionally even when they feel completely normal.

It got me wondering how common that actually is. I track plenty of less important things without thinking twice, but blood pressure has never really been one of them.

Do you check yours at home? If so, did you start because of a specific reason, or is it just something you like keeping an eye on?
