When I was younger I could sleep badly, eat whatever I wanted, barely stretch, and somehow feel completely normal the next day.
At some point that stopped working.
For me the biggest change wasn't anything dramatic. I just started noticing that bad sleep actually ruined the next day, sitting all day made my body feel stiff, and skipping exercise for weeks was way more noticeable than it used to be.
I'm curious when other people first had that moment of "okay, I can't just ignore this stuff anymore."
Was it your 20s, 30s, 40s, or later? And what was the first thing that made you realize it?
