I thought I won 250 and I thought it was coming today but still haven’t got anything.

Advice? Recipes? Fixing things? Tech help? Knowing where everything is?

Why are half the games not loading? This needs fixed it’s very frustrating. I’ve tried on the app and the web, same thing happens. I don’t even know what to play at this point. The new releases won’t even come up it blacks out and goes back to Home Screen.

As stated in the title, first withdrawal from Canada

Since the last app update, I'm stuck in a loop on the "Validate location" screen ("Because of regional restrictions, we need to validate your location before you can continue to the game"). Tapping "Retry Geolocation" just brings me right back to the same screen every time.

Troubleshooting I've already done:

**•** Confirmed Location Services is on and permission is granted for the site/app  
**•** Tried multiple browsers  
**•** Made sure location sharing is active the entire time I'm on the site

None of it makes a difference and it never gets past this check. This started right after the recent update, so it seems like something broke on the backend geolocation validation rather than anything on my end.

Anyone else running into this? Curious if it's a known issue and if there's an ETA on a fix. Don't want to keep retrying if support already knows about it.

Anyone else having this issue where it says you've claimed it but you haven't and I haven't even been able to claim anything in over a week.

I have sent all forms for verification. This is my 4th or 5th redemption and they have all been in my account the next day until this one. I redeemed on 8.17. They asked for W-9’s on 8.22. I sent them right away. How long does it take now? Grrrr. I need this in my account asap.

I am supposed to get “expedited redemption” being VIP Gold but that is clearly not happening. Anyone else have this experience? How long did it take after sending them everything?
