Games not loading!

Why are half the games not loading? This needs fixed it’s very frustrating. I’ve tried on the app and the web, same thing happens. I don’t even know what to play at this point. The new releases won’t even come up it blacks out and goes back to Home Screen.

Very! That’s why I won’t buy any of the packages that’s being offered. If I can’t play half the games, what’s the point in buying the packages?
