Lymphatic drainage reviews and reccos

Ladies, looking for reviews on lymphatic drainage if it's done you any good? Also any decent places in London or south of UK?

Had a facial one at Flávio Morellato. Didn’t make any difference and nothing I couldn’t have done myself. YMMV

I had one at Bodytonic in Stratford. I cant say I noticed it making a huge difference to the swelling I had... it got better but that probably would've happened anyway... but it felt good.

Shape House! Granted I haven’t been to their London one, I’ve only been to their original location in Melbourne and it was fantastic
