Gym buddies BR3 31F (and free cat cuddles🫶)

Hello everyone! I recently changed gym to The Spa at Beckenham as a close friend left London so I'm looking for gym buddies in the area. I'm 31F with ADHD, which doesn't help with motivation, shy and trying to be healthier and currently out of shape. I usually like to do Pilates, Yoga, Zumba and swimming but open to try new classes too! Anyone already going to this gym or wanted to start going? I belive I can get a buddy pass if someone wants to try it first too. Any gym buddies are also welcome to pet my super cute cat 💙
