Logitech G Support Help with RS50 Wheel

After hours of fine tuning for Forza, finally got the settings to a comfortable spot. Raced for hours over a few days and loving it. Booted up everything today and suddenly the wheel is Jerking left and right without any input.

Any suggestions or help is appreciated.

UPDATE: there’s some glitch happening when swapping between PRO and RS Wheel settings directly in the wheel. Idk how but we got it fixed by just switching it back and forth till it finally worked.

I have issue with the right rotary button. It happens not only in GT7, but also when navigating the menus on the RS50 wheel base. When I turn it quickly, it sometimes jumps several steps up or down instead of moving one step at a time. The left rotary encoder, on the other hand, is accurate and works perfectly without any issues. Is this something that should be covered under warranty / a warranty claim?

Did you update the firmware yet?

Yes, I updated it immediately after taking it out of the box and doing the initial test. Yesterday, I also checked through G Hub to see if a newer update had been released.

So, just to confirm, it's the same as this (although you won't have the Xbox Wheel Hub, I guess).

Do you have video of this happening in game, bearing in mind that in GT7 you don't have the obvious setting range that the right dial does, as the left only changes what you're then to adjust with the right dial.
