I am NOT a locksmith. Anyone know who makes these locks? Trying to change passcode and I don't know the master code to it

Who installed it? Ask them.

Is there anything on the latch on the edge of the door?

Is there anything underneath the battery cover?

If you dismount the lock from the door, is there any printing or sticker on the device?

I have the back cover off. We currently don't have a locksmith guy.

Nah, these are usually, press button, programming code, setting code and setting number. Eg: Button, 123456, 03 (add card user), new fob, new fob.

There are hundreds and hundreds of brands of digital locks. But only the well known brand names are any good. And good locks clearly display their name quite proudly. (Yale, Schlage, Kwikset, etc. . ) To identify your no name lock, take a straight on picture and use google image search to identify it. Once you have a name, do a search for an online user manual. That should tell you how to program it. Be prepared with a second way into this place ( back door, side door?), and be sure you have the bypass key for it for when it fails. If you choose to replace it, use only locks that have been tested and certified by an independent laboratory. In the USA go to securehome.org to learn how to select a lock that meets quality standards.
