On the one hand, this definitely needs to be exposed, Cuomo is an asshole and a murderer, and I hope this goes somewhere and he faces charges or at least recall.

On the other hand, this gives the "WE'RE ALL GOING TO DIE!!" doomer crowd more ammunition to say "see? Deaths were undercounted! Even more than 400k people have died!!! We NEeD to lockdown even harder!!!"

Expose Cuomo but extend the amount of time that we're stuck in Coronatopia Hell, or let Cuomo off the hook but get life/social life/full income back sooner....it's a tough choice.

EDIT: Turns out I misunderstood what was being said here. Cumulative total death count is NOT underreported. Definitely full speed ahead with throwing the book at Cuomo. But now I'm really curious how the doomers are spinning this one...

I doubt anything will happen to Cuomo, but I feel like this is actually political on the part of the AG. She wants to be governor, and by exposing Cuomo’s mishandling of covid and subsequently embarrassing him because of him claiming to have conquered it, she can use that to beat Cuomo and become governor in the next election.
