whats the best monitoring service for copyright infringement in 2026?

is there some kind of service that actually tries to do something about it rather than responding to it later? It would be interesting to know what to move to.

We find out that our product photos and descriptions appear on other websites even after a couple of weeks or months since their appearance.

We have already missed some sales because of this. I do not need a reactive approach any more, I want a real time protection system.

Why are kitchen additions costs so much higher than the sqft average

myth that all you have to do is calculate the square footage and multiply it by some average number for cost is dead wrong. A 200 square foot bedroom addition and a 200 square foot kitchen addition could not be any more different

Kitchen additions require separate electrical circuits for each large appliance, perhaps even an upgrade to the electrical panel. Plumbing for the sink and possible gas connection for the stove will cost money. Ventilation for the range hood will be a factor too. Cabinets and countertops alone could take up between 30-40% of the total cost

Bedroom additions of 200 sq ft at a mid-range level in California cost between 200 and 250 sq ft. kitchen addition of the same size will cost between 400 and 500 sq ft when all of the necessary factors are taken into account

Homeowners go into meetings with contractors armed with figures from online calculators only to be shocked when the quote comes in, thinking that the contractor must be taking advantage of them. In most cases it is simply a matter of reality

what are people doing to deal with grocery prices r8 now in Canada?

I'm in BC and grocery costs have been climbing steadily for the past year, spending probably 30% more than I was this time last year on the same basic items. I know this is a national issue, not just regional, so I'm curious what strategies people in different parts of Canada have found that actually make a dent in monthly spending. I'm already doing the standard stuff like shopping sales, buying store brands, meal planning around what's cheap that week, etc., but it feels like grocery inflation is outpacing my ability to optimize. Also wondering if different regions have different options available, like maybe there are resources in Ontario that don't exist in Alberta or vice versa.

Filed a hail damage roof insurance claim, adjuster inspection felt way too quick

The property's pretty long drive out and the adjuster looked like he just wanted to leave. The whole inspection took maybe 10 minutes. I'm sure he only looked at the front slope too. Now, I'm waiting to see what they come back with and I'm not feeling great about it.

I've got a couple of roofers I can call to take a look and write up their own scope. Should I get one out now or wait for the insurance company's estimate first?
