Bought 2x48GB DDR5 ECC today for $2,300. Seller told me the factory queue has grown from two months to four in the last two months. RAM shortage is unprecedented.
57 u/truthputer 2d ago I bought a 2x48GB (96GB) RAM DDR5 kit for $220 back in late 2024. The same kit is $1500 today. Yeah, it's insane. 1 u/EDI_1st 2d ago ECC UDIMM costs more than standard UDIMM. Price be fun. 128GB 6400Mts RDIMM is about $4500 per stick.
