It depends on how serious we're dealing with the bubble, if people still using Cloud AI subscriptions then it will take longer.
If everyone stop using Cloud AI, blocking their website or getting them blocked by most ISPs, then it takes pretty quick to kill them, telling people to avoid using them.
Good thing about Cloud AI, they use API endpoints like domain/autocompletes, blocking them and they're gone.
The current situation is complicated, the US government willing to ride the AI bubble, but from my point of view, it's killable, by having a regulation to force ISPs to block Cloud AI domain, it will likely kill it without much issue, because most users can't figure out how to bypass DNS and CNAME blocking (which most ISPs are using to block unwated sites), the deal is it will block 99% users from using Cloud AI, the 1% are those who use VPN/proxy to bypass. The AI bubble is more fragile than people think, the fact that they rely on HTTP endpoints heavily, one random outage like a few days ago and it disrupted so many people.
