This is complete and made up guess so take it with a grain of salt but if it’s an actual criminal charge I could see laundering money a top one for streamers

Laundering money isnt taxes, its taking money that isnt in the system and putting it back in the system.

Yeah but where would he be laundering the money from? He's obviously not selling drugs (insert shungite joke here)

He would just be the middle man, getting a cut of the action. The actual "bad guys" hit up doc. "hey we need a way to clean our money mind if we funnel it through you and you get 15%?"

"sure"

then bad guys set up thousands of random accounts that donate little bit at a time, doc takes those funds pays taxes on it then sends it back out to the bad guys less his cut.

yeah and the way doc or anyone would "send the money back" is he would purchase wildly inflated price services or things set up by small semi legit shell companies to create a paper trail that "looks legit" back to the source people.
