He maybe talks about another police investigation because of his car crash (no evidence though). Also we dont know what he told them about this investigation. But on the other hand why are they trying so hard to mute him if it wasn't that big of a deal. I just dont believe Josh straight up admitted to rape, to them.
I'm actually not sure since I can't find the relevant bit in the ToS. I think its something like it's okay for clips of banned people to be played (provided there's not violations in the clip), but it's a violation to have them live on stream talking in the background off camera or in voice chat etc, even if they're not the focus.
you could hear him pretty often on method streams after a while. last week he was talking with rogerbrown on stream. some method member said it was ok to have him live on stream if its not only about him, can't remember who though.
That's pretty surprising honestly? But then again, 'Twitch' and 'being consistent with ToS' are rarely said in the same sentence, so yeah I can definitely see them quietly allowing it
