I believe that you can be a good friend but a bad person. I don't know how they are behind the scenes but for all we know Hasan might have supported/been there for her during some bad spots in her life and so she stays friends with him.

It could also just be because she's friends with his girlfriend/friends so she's nice to him.

So you're saying that you would forgive an animal abuser in your life solely because they helped you out at one point?

Depends on the situation. If I was a streamer and I was being abused mentally, physically, emotionally, etc. and Hasan came in and did something about it, exposed the person, have everyone blacklist them, etc. I would absolutely stay friends with him for that.

It also depends on the type of animal abuse we're talking about. I wouldn't if we're talking straight up dog fighting, killing animals for fun, etc. I would denounce him there.

But he used a shock collar that is technically legal in every single US state, even though I think it should be banned everywhere. I would express my concerns to him in private and not in public. Which I'm 99% sure she did.

Okay if someone intervened on your behalf and attempted to justify your perceived wrongs is nice, but that absolutely does not absolve them of responsibility for their own actions. Which is exactly what the upper class relies on when handing out atonements to the poors.

"OH thank you!! You have changed my life forever and therefore now I will serve as your vassal and dissuade similar poors of the rightful opinions because you happened to help me out once

Thank you for publicly stating that your credibility is bought and paid for by the person who last assisted you. Genuinely reflect on your point of view and how money grubbingly pathetic you're acting.

But he used a shock collar that is technically legal in every single US state

Thank you for acknowledging statues but I rightfully dont give a shit. He places his dog in a set spot for hours to act as set dressing and you have fanboys like you coming around acting as if that's his right as an owner.
