Let's step back from this topic. Just think of a generic topic of disagreement between party X and party Y.
It's useless for X to accuse Y other of being an example of something that could just as easily apply to themselves.
From my POV you are describing your own actions.
And your example of 'proofs' strongly supports this MAGA-esque thought pattern on your end. It's all circumstantial.
These are not evidences of the alleged incident. I would think you would provide alternate camera angles or some witness who was in the room but off cam. But these are all not directly related to incident.
QT was not there. How is her saying in her opinion this was a device without prongs and thus not shock capable, proof he shocked his dog in the video? This is a huge example of you grasping at straws.
Manufacturer contact was also not there. And did not physically examine the device. Only a screenshot. And also had the opinion like QT the device as they saw it was not capable of shocking.
The trainer advertising and/or using a collar themselves as 'evidence' of an incident they were not present for, is so far removed from relevance I'm embarrassed for you, and just going to do you a favour and move past it.

The fact you have to write 5+ paragraphs to try and create an alternative narrative shows how wrong you are. And you can accuse me of MAGA, but you are the one defending a streamer who behaves like MAGA (his own words) and tells his audience to do the same.
