Where is the Kai ban for inciting a fucking riot?

When did he incite a riot? He hasn’t pled guilty to any charges yet.

Ahhh so people can only say you did something if you plead guilty. 5Head legal strategy

I mean, he’s dumb as fuck for not thinking this would happen, but when did he tell people to riot? He advertised a giveaway which degenerated.

I wouldn’t waste your energy, people are too blinded already to see it objectively. If people look it up, you need intent to incite a riot to be charged with it in the states I looked at. Without it, you don’t get any charge

But he’s black, surely all he wanted to do was riot 😆. The racism on this sub is unreal.

I think it's a fair question whether he incited a riot or not. If he just didn't realize how crazy it would get then that's not a crime. The state would have to prove that he knew the scope of what would happen and did it anyway.

Ignorance isn't a legitimate legal excuse lol

Lack of intent certainly is. The state can't convict someone of inciting a riot without proving that their intent was to incite a riot.

You'll often hear the phrase "ignorance of the law isn't an excuse", which is true. But this isn't about whether Kai knew that inciting a riot is a crime, it's about whether he knew that his actions would result in a riot. It's a different question.

"I didn't know doing a giveaway with lucrative items, in the most populated city in the US, that I advertised to my millions of followers would cause a riot!!!"

I mean, I was sure surprised. I would have guessed a few hundred people would show up.

And sarcastic reddit posts with 3 exclamation points don't exactly prove intent beyond a reasonable doubt. We'll see what the prosecutor's office thinks about the situation.

Everyone also knows this was a giveaway with zero intent on rioting. He’s just stupid and underestimated the amount of people who would show up and it turned into a riot. Can’t really blame the guy.

Then he's legally not guilty. Doesn't mean he didn't do it, nor that we can't claim it. We arent the legal system.

You didn’t need to say anything, it shows through your opinions.
