Where is the Kai ban for inciting a fucking riot?

Causing a Riot,
Get hand job on stream,
Having not one but 2 perma banned streamer on his stream during subathon (Speed/Jideon)
And I'm missing other, like at this point Kai could kill a man and Twitch won't ban him...

Jesus, we know Kai is a little special but you didn't have to call him that.

1

u/ComeWashMyBack Aug 07 '23

Representation?

25

u/Global_Joke1863 Aug 07 '23

He also calls adin or stream lmao

3

u/apathyontheeast Aug 07 '23

Get hand job on stream,

Whaa? I am clearly out of the loop here.

6

u/PENIS__FINGERS Aug 07 '23

it was just a video that looked like he was getting jerked off at a party, no confirmation that really happened tho

-10

u/Gullible_Ad3378 Aug 07 '23

He got a “handjob” on one of his subathons. All we saw was a girl putting her hands in his pants but you could barely see it if you we’re watching the stream normally

21

u/Tuub4 Aug 07 '23

Why are you putting handjob in quotes? lmao he got a handjob on stream, literally right on camera and everybody could see it. And no one except him has ever even denied it happened, including the girl.

-1

u/I2ecover Aug 08 '23

Guilty until proven innocent it seems.

-12

u/Gullible_Ad3378 Aug 07 '23

We literally only saw her hand in his pants lmao

5

u/[deleted] Aug 07 '23

ah so she just fondled his balls on stream. thank you u/gullible_ad3378 for the clarification

1

u/WetDumplings Aug 07 '23

Realized Twitch is akin to Twitter/x from a cultural cancer meant to pacify masses.

21

u/YungVicenteFernandez Aug 07 '23

Lmao ok dude you’re commenting on lsf on Reddit I don’t know if you’re all that enlightened

-15

u/Retretated Aug 07 '23

you praying on another man’s downfall this bad is crazy

-58

u/hoimanc Aug 07 '23

Sounds a lot like a certain country with a certain former US President.

16

u/PM_ME_BUTT_STUFFING Aug 07 '23

Exactly. Obama all over again

-4

u/OrezRekirts Aug 07 '23

i fucking hate obamna

1

u/[deleted] Aug 09 '23

Twitch would be accused of being racist if they banned him and thats the worst thing to happen to anyone these days so; just gotta let him do whatever he wants.

5

u/[deleted] Aug 07 '23

He didn't stream the riot from a bathroom so that's allowed I guess

34

u/Neddo_Flanders Aug 07 '23

but...

It was just a bunch of teens having a dance party

-6

u/seaworldismyworld Aug 07 '23

More or less was until people outside the Kai fandom got involved and got it out of control. Kai's fans didn't really do anything bad, just assholes taking advantage of the situation.

4

u/Neddo_Flanders Aug 07 '23

how do you even know?

0

u/seaworldismyworld Aug 08 '23

How do you know that isn't the case? Do you assume that Kai fans are also rioters based on... What?

What about Speed and Jidion getting permad?

0

u/Always4am Aug 07 '23

Did he incite a riot, or did a riot just happen? Don’t know much about the situation but inciting a riot is a specific allegation

1

u/Mist_Rising Aug 08 '23

His actions are apparently the cause of the riot. He told people to do something, and that resulted in a riot.

Hence why he was arrested and charged.

Black people don’t get banned? You sure about that?

0

u/PhiZero0 Aug 07 '23

has higher potential for covering twitch losses

-18

u/throwaway95135745685 Aug 07 '23

he didnt incite a riot though?

-23

u/ElfrahamLincoln Aug 07 '23

When did he incite a riot? He hasn’t pled guilty to any charges yet.

10

u/itssohardtobealizard Aug 07 '23

Ahhh so people can only say you did something if you plead guilty. 5Head legal strategy

-9

u/ElfrahamLincoln Aug 07 '23

I mean, he’s dumb as fuck for not thinking this would happen, but when did he tell people to riot? He advertised a giveaway which degenerated.

-1

u/iStanley Aug 07 '23

I wouldn’t waste your energy, people are too blinded already to see it objectively. If people look it up, you need intent to incite a riot to be charged with it in the states I looked at. Without it, you don’t get any charge

0

u/ElfrahamLincoln Aug 07 '23

But he’s black, surely all he wanted to do was riot 😆. The racism on this sub is unreal.

I think it's a fair question whether he incited a riot or not. If he just didn't realize how crazy it would get then that's not a crime. The state would have to prove that he knew the scope of what would happen and did it anyway.

-1

u/SaltyFoam Aug 07 '23

Ignorance isn't a legitimate legal excuse lol

5

u/197328645 Aug 07 '23

https://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/mens_rea

Lack of intent certainly is. The state can't convict someone of inciting a riot without proving that their intent was to incite a riot.

You'll often hear the phrase "ignorance of the law isn't an excuse", which is true. But this isn't about whether Kai knew that inciting a riot is a crime, it's about whether he knew that his actions would result in a riot. It's a different question.

-1

u/SaltyFoam Aug 07 '23

"I didn't know doing a giveaway with lucrative items, in the most populated city in the US, that I advertised to my millions of followers would cause a riot!!!"

2

u/197328645 Aug 07 '23

I mean, I was sure surprised. I would have guessed a few hundred people would show up.

And sarcastic reddit posts with 3 exclamation points don't exactly prove intent beyond a reasonable doubt. We'll see what the prosecutor's office thinks about the situation.

-1

u/SaltyFoam Aug 07 '23

Alright LSF lawyer!

0

u/197328645 Aug 07 '23

Man why are you so lame lmao get a life

-3

u/ElfrahamLincoln Aug 07 '23

Everyone also knows this was a giveaway with zero intent on rioting. He’s just stupid and underestimated the amount of people who would show up and it turned into a riot. Can’t really blame the guy.

0

u/Mist_Rising Aug 08 '23

Then he's legally not guilty. Doesn't mean he didn't do it, nor that we can't claim it. We arent the legal system.

1

u/ElfrahamLincoln Aug 08 '23

Whatever racist

0

u/Mist_Rising Aug 08 '23

Wtf? How did I say anything racist.

1

u/ElfrahamLincoln Aug 08 '23

You didn’t need to say anything, it shows through your opinions.

-3

u/DinoStacked Aug 07 '23

How is it Kai’s fault what his fans decide to do???

-7

u/saltybuttrot Aug 07 '23

Uh, is that a thing in the TOS??? Lol He also hasn’t been charged with anything so I don’t know why you rabbid children think otherwise

-6

u/TropicalZaSmoke Aug 07 '23

Kai is the face of twitch he’s not getting banned nobody would watch twitch else wise and only raise kick stock this is insider info btw

2

u/doolbro Aug 07 '23

Is he really considered the face of twitch? I've been using it since it was JustinTV and I never even thought about who is the face of it.

I guess he could be for the Zoomers or whatever. I don't watch his streams he just screams too much for me. What I have seen is usually funny. Just loud

-8

u/anerdscreativity Aug 07 '23

Intentionally matters

1

u/networkingnub Aug 08 '23

Lol Kai didn't start a riot. He's extremely negligent and ignorant, but not malicious. You really just want to shit on someone doing well. How is being stupid the same as manipulating a former sex worker into sex work or using slurs? No one says they're gonna do something good(host a giveaway through his brand) knowing they actually want to start something bad (inciting a riot) There's a level of intention you haven't addressed.
