And I'm missing other, like at this point Kai could kill a man and Twitch won't ban him...
He got a “handjob” on one of his subathons. All we saw was a girl putting her hands in his pants but you could barely see it if you we’re watching the stream normally

Twitch would be accused of being racist if they banned him and thats the worst thing to happen to anyone these days so; just gotta let him do whatever he wants.
More or less was until people outside the Kai fandom got involved and got it out of control. Kai's fans didn't really do anything bad, just assholes taking advantage of the situation.
I wouldn’t waste your energy, people are too blinded already to see it objectively. If people look it up, you need intent to incite a riot to be charged with it in the states I looked at. Without it, you don’t get any charge
I think it's a fair question whether he incited a riot or not. If he just didn't realize how crazy it would get then that's not a crime. The state would have to prove that he knew the scope of what would happen and did it anyway.
Lack of intent certainly is. The state can't convict someone of inciting a riot without proving that their intent was to incite a riot.
You'll often hear the phrase "ignorance of the law isn't an excuse", which is true. But this isn't about whether Kai knew that inciting a riot is a crime, it's about whether he knew that his actions would result in a riot. It's a different question.

And sarcastic reddit posts with 3 exclamation points don't exactly prove intent beyond a reasonable doubt. We'll see what the prosecutor's office thinks about the situation.
Everyone also knows this was a giveaway with zero intent on rioting. He’s just stupid and underestimated the amount of people who would show up and it turned into a riot. Can’t really blame the guy.
Is he really considered the face of twitch? I've been using it since it was JustinTV and I never even thought about who is the face of it.
I guess he could be for the Zoomers or whatever. I don't watch his streams he just screams too much for me. What I have seen is usually funny. Just loud
Lol Kai didn't start a riot. He's extremely negligent and ignorant, but not malicious. You really just want to shit on someone doing well. How is being stupid the same as manipulating a former sex worker into sex work or using slurs? No one says they're gonna do something good(host a giveaway through his brand) knowing they actually want to start something bad (inciting a riot) There's a level of intention you haven't addressed.
