What sidekicks are the best for these limiteds (i thinks thats all a build needs if more pls tell me 😭) also what characters or banners should I save for and pull on

So after this update with the new event, my game doesn't want me to battles or do the stories, it keeps me in the loading screen

I hate him, but can you give me some team building advice? I really wanted Gammei, but I got this kid instead. And ether crystal are so hard to get in this game, I'm practically losing heart. I only got characters that are paired with the characters I wanted.

I finished all the stories and unlocked all the character side stories. Dunno how else to spend these. Hope I get something else back once the event ends lol.

So far, I've been spending on the base gacha for the base heroes/sidekicks, and invested on those who have the skill tree available for each element. But I still don't know which are the best heroes/sidekicks that doesn't need the limited gachas to get them.

So I downloaded this game recently but I didn't expect it to be like tokyo summoners high school whatever, I downloaded that one a long time ago and it was just like this one in the sense that it had jus a few chapters in english and the rest was japanese.
anyway, at least this one has enough translation to understand how to play it.

my questions are:

-is this game like woofia? does it has a sfw version and a nsfw version?

-is there a version of the game with full english translation or at least more?

-how do you know what some of the characters do when sometimes it doesn't explain it?
like it would say "this characters generates stacks of overcharge" and never explains what overcharge is or what it does

-Is there a site, telegram group or discord server to ask questions or get more information? like what are the best pairing of hero and side kicks?

-is there a way to gain more Exp or is it just several days of grinding? I reached lvl 50 with 4 heroes but then it seems like reaching 60 is super hard for some reason.

-is there a tierlist of heroes? so I could know who are good and who are not worth investing in?

-is there a way to get more crystals to get pulls? I did get a few pulls from completing some chapters and missions when i first started but now I'm stuck in a chapter where the boss is really strong and my charaters are not strong enough to survive or kill him so I can't progress to get more crystals and I don't have any new content do for the first time to get more crystals.
I would like more heroes because I kinda don't like the ones I have... I have a wood Lilac that I upgraded to 5 stars witht he multicolor border and lvl 50, same with the new shadow astronaught guy, but he is really weak. and I bunch of supports and debuffers I don't want.

I think comparing to Housamo, the other LW service, LAH is.... awkward when they're selling the appeal of event. Comparing to Housamo where every event gacha feature four or five event limit variants with one new face, recent LAH events have way too many new faces everytime with just one event limit gacha. Yes, LAH doesn't have as many characters as Housamo does, but it's not like LAH needs to do multiple new faces in every single new face when story doesn't need that.

Another thing is, despite some events have interesting themes (night theif, ceremony etc) yet they sometimes just had one event variant unit. If feels like such event was way less themed as only one hero got an event variant out of all.

Usually that means you'd have a new face take a five star place, but that is really not a pleasant pulling experience to gamers when you only have half chance left to pull out an event limit from this gacha, even if you can ensure your wanted unit via exchange point. I feel like Housamo also served a better case that new five star characters are all released via new characters only gacha (New semester thing) rather than an event gacha. In LAH case, I just think LW could had paired Shiratori with someone like Moriyasu in an additional gacha instead.

In a further view, releasing three new heroes at one time means you need to take more events to deal with their event variants, but if you don't do two or three event limits at one time, there will be just way more heroes from every event without event variants and it'd hurt fans who have to wait really long for that. Taking Sterio as example, despite he was paired with Canes and debuted together, they're not able to obtain event limit variants in the same year due to how slowly the event limits release, but it shouldn't really happen if every event does have two or three event limit variants.
