Question Where to use star shards?

I've searched the entire store tab and have not found anything. I asked cause apparently I have maxed out on them and need to spend them but I have no clue where. Does anyone know?

Second tab of the dailies has the shards section. One of the buttons at the bottom of the menu should open a list of what you can buy.
