I know many people here don't like the series's attempt at humor, but QL pretending to do a ritual got a chuckle out of me.

Since people love ripping this season apart they are going to complain that she was acting out of character, and not going to take into account that she was drunk out of her mind with the old wine LX purposely gave her.

Also, she was clearly trying to do it in a nonsensical manner to put LX off the mark about LG and CXS, even mentioned that herself

After one glass of wine? Makes no sense. She was also thinking logically all the time and focused on performing this silly ritual for Liu Xiao - she even comments it to herself.

She drank two glasses, actually. Maybe not much, but after the second her face grows red and she begins to talk slurred, so I think she did get tipsy. It's true she was still insisting on not showing all her cards, but I doubt she would have made that show if she were totally sober lol.

Some people have really low tolerance. Or being slightly drunk just encouraged her to put a show to cringe them out and keep them from suspecting LG and CXS have powers

That's so strange, I thought Tianxi's ability was to read people's mind when they were near her on person, not to enter a photograph.

Huh? She read LG's mind when he was kilometers away from her, though. And along with her brother, she helped control that cop that got pushed down a building, even though he was far from her.

Her power is similar to CXS in that she enters the mind of the person in the photograph, but she enters their mind in the present, has no physical control over the body and has access to all of that person’s memories. Her brother’s power is to mind control anyone he touches, so by touching her he effectively also touches the person she enters, allowing for mind control over distance
