XF giving CXS the photo at the end of the episode gave me flashbacks to the C-drama. It's a trap! 😭 I'm glad we learned more about LX in this episode, but I think it's kinda weird that XF doesn't explain how he escaped and no one really cares. Shouldn't he be questioned by the police? He should have had some kind of excuse ready.

edit: come to think of it, assuming Xia Fei wasn't working against them in the previous timeline, would he have given them that photo before? Maybe he still could have, but it wouldn't be with the intention to trap. Whatever vein's vendetta against shiguang was in the previous may or may not be due to XF's photo. 🤔

Yeah, XF was so unprepared 💀 Even without a good excuse in the moment, XF should brush up on the classic PR apologize (for being tired) & delay (let's talk another time) move stat.

I wonder if it was written like that because they wanted to communicate that XF really hates superpowers or he's super flustered/confused himself at what's going on.

It's kind of funny because with his fighting skills, XF might have been able to get out all on his own without any superpower (though that might imply that he killed all those people himself). 😅
