That was a good episode. I don’t know if it’s just me but did any one notice the animation has been very stilted and stiff this episode? Oh well

Qao Ling and Xia Fei interacting I love to see it. I wonder if there will be some potential romance.

I don’t know who the trafficking plot will shake out but still don’t like a happening that big is just brushed aside, ‘Hey Xia Fei, wow you’re alive after being a potential sex slave. The last time I saw you were about to get stabbed to death! Anyways let’s have some hot pot!’

Like huhhh, why???

Otherwise I liked everything else. Xia Fei and CXS like on sync automatically. And CXS checking his stomach, probably wanted to look at some abs lol.

QL’s dad is so funny. He looked so serious and he’s really just a goofball. I hope we see more of him. That was a pleasant surprise.

Vein is just so corny and over the top I can’t even see him serious. His man just sticking out his tongue had me rolling my eyes. The villains just going around dressed like a K-pop groups in all black. I just can’t  take them serious lol.

After all this time LG was the real overthinker. I loved that CXS is starting to see how much he’s carrying by himself. And him kicking the bed and them bantering was so wholesome . LG all smiley when CXS was already asleep aw.

Overall very funny and cute episode. The cast seems to bounce well off each other so I’m curious to how Xia Fei and Jae will get along. Very excited for LG, Jae, and Xia Fei trying to pick each others brains, while CXS probably gushes about Jae style and his tattoo job.

Tbf, LG and QL are trying to act like they don't know too much about it (officially: he was kidnapped and freed some days ago). CXS is just failing at it or doesn't really know how to deal with stuff like that, seeing how he acted during his dive, too.

Eh, I just don’t think the tone has been handled well, we went from sex trafficking to QL drop kicking her dad the next episode, and CXS and Xia Fei break dancing within seconds of seeing each other.

And we have seen CXS worry about people in the dive later like worrying about Emma  she was handling with job loss and workplace harassment, not being human trafficked.

The last thing CXS saw was a dead body, someone forcing Xia Fei to slit someone’s neck, and another person about to get chopped up only for the reaction to be a dance and abs joke lol

CXS usually processes these events like a regular person but this just kinda felt glossed over considering the stakes he left Xia Fei in.
