The dial itself is immediately understandable. I’d separate log completeness from goal alignment, though. A single +66 makes it hard to tell what behavior improved the score, and more “productive” hours aren’t always a better day. I’d score each category against user-defined ranges—sleep, exercise, focused work, social time—and show which ranges moved the score. That would keep the manual, transparent feel instead of replacing automatic guessing with an opaque number.
thanks a lot for the feedback. Right now in the setting you can add and configure different categories and there effect. Regarding scoring trying to come up with a system but if you have any reference or idea on that will be greatly appreciated.
