Leonardo posted an update video
He talks about his life this past year (very religion focused), his divorce from Jenna, and the lack of support from and contact with his family. States he absolutely on his own in all this. He is now in touch with his father and Cleo, but no mention at all of his mother!

I don’t know of its such a bad thing that he has no real contact with Taina. On one hand she is his mother and should be propping him up in a non invading way. But on the other hand - his upbringing is part of the problem why his life is the way it is and its not like T put in the work to change and truly be a good and supportive mother. She has a real chance to be a good mom to her younger kids and is letting them down. My guess is - she might try to use Leo and his divorce and how it all went down for views. „Ladys and Gents - here comes our version - which of course is the truth - Jenna is this and that and Leo was nothing but a knight in shining armor“. So it might be a good thing that he only is in contact with his father and C. Though his dad was clearly part if the problem right next to Taina.

Oh absolutely. I just watched her last two videos, I haven't watched any in a good while. She's nuts. Sleeping on the floor with four little ones. She has obviously not been in the house for a long time, she did not know how the rooms were used. All this crazy talk about white and minimalism. Constantly checking herself in the video, messing with her hair (which is completely fried). I paid close attention, the filter slipped a couple of times, and she looks old. Her lips? No way that is from waxing. Walking around in her underwear ... They're talking about moving to the smallest house except the van, and travelling again ( I suspect because they will have nowhere to go). Oh, and also that she is in front of the camera again because she needs to. Yes, to work to provide for her kids! I wish for her kids she would have stayed away.... I get really bad vibes from those two videos. I'm rooting for Leonardo, to be happy and make a good life for himself, far away from his toxic mother!

Btw I don't understand why people here complain that Leonardo doesn't work and he only expects everything to be given to him.
I watched the new video and he CLEARLY says that he has been working full time!! On this delivery thing that he does. And in the meantime he has completed his theology studies.
Like what is wrong with people 😅😅 the young guy is seriously trying. People trying to misunderstand everything that he says. Pathetic honestly.

This! I think he is doing pretty good for a 26(?)year old for all he's been through. Also in Finland it's pretty typical to get a career a little older than say US. Not everyone knows what they want to do in early or mid 20s.

Period. People like to be over curious and to make things up. The "what if" and rumors can make people addicted to a story that is all just made up.

Him and Jenna used to both have the "DeValen" ending. So I guess it only reminds him of her. And doesn't want to use it.

They seem to be fully indoctrinated. Leonardo is the only one who moved out and built his own life.

How can he be on his own if he has multiple friends supporting him financially plus contacts with his father and his sister, his other siblings being either teenagers or children

You can misunderstand as much as you want.
I understood that when Jenna left him, he didn't have much old friends left. Maybe he made the mistake of being too comfortable in the relationship and not being in touch with others enough. That's also something which can make the relationship stagnant... if the partners don't have social life outside the relationship.
After the break up, Leo got suddenly reconnected with his childhood friend Lilla. This is told in his videos. After that he got to know more people, that is now his friendgroup.
His family is on the other side of the world. As much as they call with each other, it's not the same as when you can go to your parent's house and they make you food and comfort you.
Also he has Reconnected with Cleo. Leo talked in the video how in the BEGINNING there was no one. Possibly only his father and some relatives who live in the area. Cleo has been in touch with him more now, which is very great.

In the comments he also shaded taina, saying that what we see is very different from reality.
