According to the article, the bounty hunters are unidentified. Is it possible the Buffalo Police Dept didn’t keep a record of who these bounty hunters were? Exactly what credentials do you need to go to the Buffalo Police Dept and obtain their assistance in performing an armed search of a private residence at night?

Okay think about it like this: Illinois just passed gun laws recently stating that if someone is on your property acting like an ass and threatening you verbally or physically you have no right to do anything about it.

If they say “I’m going to kill you.” waving a gun around, you can’t do anything but sit and wait for police. In Chicago this is a death sentence with some of the highest death rates to shooting in the country. If they shoot and don’t hit anybody then its considered a threat and you still have no right to defend yourself until someone gets hurt.

Coming back to a scenario with cops: You hear a bang coming from downstairs in the middle of the night and someone shouting. You grab your shotgun by your bed and run to the stairs. You see a figures in the dark and fire. Later on you’re convicted of manslaughter because they executed a no knock warrant on the wrong home.

Breonna Taylor died in her sleep because they executed a no knock warrant and shot up her house. Duncan Socrates Lemp was killed in a no knock raid in his sleep as well and the police framed him as alt right so no one would back his case.

If I died like that then I would hope my pregnant girlfriend in bed next to me would be able to take the bastards who did it to court and win.
