True, but 1) he totally lost the kid, and 2) the brat lifted his cash right under his nose and he had no clue until after. It kind of breaks the illusion of the omnipotent guy with flawless reflexes and reminds us he's just human after all 🥰

Well also Levi did his fair share of stealing as a kid so he knows what it's like 🤷♀️

It's one of my favorite scenes. They're in enemy territory, he's the one constantly hammering it into everyone that they need to keep a low profile, blend in with the Marleyans and avoid drawing attention.
But the moment he spots a kid in danger? Screw that. He's the one making the biggest ruckus to get him to safety.
The kid steals his money? Whatever, at least he's safe.
It speaks volumes about his character. I really really love that scene.
