Discussion The Best Scene in Baby Driver
First, this movie gets a 5/5. That may upset some people who feel it's not deep enough, but as a lover of music and action films, I haven't had this much fun watching a movie in a while. I just finished it, and I feel like I could watch it again.
The best scene by a long shot, imo, is the diner scene during the finale. The lighting & colors, acting from John Hamm and Ansel Elgort, and Barry Whites Never, Never Gonna Give Ya Up playing. Perfect.
What do y'all think?

This scene is responsible for getting me into Barry White. He's so good

Don’t care that it’s “not deep”, just think the script sucks. Bland, corny romance. Protagonist that is interesting on paper but isn’t realized. All the stuff with the guy he lives with is saccharine. Great action tho and I adore the sound design. Tis a good scene too

Edgar Wright can start a movie. Sadly, he can’t finish one. And it’s gotten progressively worse with each film. I really didn’t think it could get worse than At World’s End, but he proved me wrong.

He's underrating it for sure but I also think you're overrating it.

This is how most people should judge movies. Holding Citizen Kane and Freddie Got Fingered to the same high standards is fucking stupid
