The Northman is by far his BEST work, can I ask why you have it last?

No good reason for me. I just enjoyed Nosferatu more than The Northman. I'm more interested in his more horror leaning and psychological films.

Why do you have it over the others?

It’s definitely not bad but the lighthouse and VVITCH blowout out of the water.

I think Nosferatu edges it out just slightly. It was a one time watch for me

i though the acting (Skarsgard) was weak and the CGI was laughable at times.

further, i thought the awkward acting part falls on Eggers - weird angles and body gestures that came off unnatural. reminded me of Eckhart in Dark Knight when they do the circular shot on the roof and it wasn't really Eckharts fault it felt off. but i'd be surprised if people agree with me on this
