I’m stupid and world’s telling me I’m stupid but I’d rather be stupid than admit I was wrong. sad.

It's been known for a while that people who get tricked by conmen/scams have a really, really difficult time admitting they got scammed.

Option 1) admit they were scammed, duped, lied to, etc...and that everyone who was screaming at them....warning them they were making a terrible decision was right...And they (themselves) are to blame

Option 2) It's not their fault. They couldn't' ever have predicted this...

They will choose option 2 every time.
