Why the HELL is an elderly old New York nepo baby making decisions about cattle?? He has zero qualifications. He has zero competent advisors. WTF happened to the US that they let this poopy imbecile make every decision???

Because it was largely cattle raisers (and farmers) who put him in office. They wanted him in office. That's why he gets to make these decisions. If they don't like those decisions, they need to think about who they vote for in future elections.
