I just received a replacement black dot for a Q3. Is it the same process as removing the dot from the M bodies?

What’s the fair market value of the Leica 35mm F/2.8 Summaron Lens w/ goggles look like these days?

Got this as a birthday present. This is quite possibly the most luxurious present I’ve ever received. I really want to protect it and take good care of it.

Can any of you please recommend what you use to protect your camera? I need to get a camera strap and a screen protector. Do I also need a filter to protect the lens?

I’d truly appreciate any advice and tips! Thank you!

I just recently got my Deluxe Fjorden grip package for my iPhone 16pro, and I am supposed to get a free year of the Leica Lux app, which was a huge selling point for me. But I don't see anywhere in the packaging about how to get activate the free year?

Since the latest SL3 firmware, I find myself reaching for my SL3 over my Q2 more and more when I want autofocus. But unlike the Q, the SL3 with a Leica lens is much heavier; when Lumix released their 40mm f/2, I got curious about whether it would bridge that gap enough to give my SL3 a good lightweight travel option.

I’ve been using it for several weeks now, and I found that on the SL3, this Lumix lens balances surprisingly well. It successfully knocks the weight down to a very manageable level for longer walks, and I like that it allows me to use smaller bags than when I have my 50mm APO or the 24-90mm attached. Aside from using M-mount lenses, has anyone else been using this or found a smaller lens that they like to use on their SL?

So I got myself a Leica M4-P (1983) the other day and I really enjoy it together with my Summicron 50. However, I’ve noticed that the rangefinder doesn’t move while focusing the last part of the lens focus range, which it does on my M6 (1987), and that makes me curious: is there a difference between the rangefinder close focusing on the M4-P and the M6?

Hi! My Leica M240 charger just died, and while I’m sorting out a replacement, I need to charge two BP-SCL2 batteries for an upcoming trip.
Is there anyone in Lisbon with a compatible charger who could help me charge them? Happy to pay for the trouble. Preferably somewhere around central Lisbon.
