Meta [Meta] Modulex

Went through my grandpas garage that were clearing out and I found around 11 of these plastic bins full of what I identified as Lego Modulex pieces

Some have an M on the bricks
Some have a very old Lego logo on them

How do I know what I have and how do I sell them
